Who we are
EmailManifest (emailmanifest.com)
finds and SMTP-verifies the business contact emails that YouTube creators
publish themselves. It is offered as an
Apify
actor and as an MCP connector at
https://mcp.emailmanifest.com/mcp. For anything in this

Creator data in our results
The service processes information about YouTube creators that is already public: channel name, handle and id, the external links a creator publishes on their channel or link-in-bio page, business email addresses the creator has published, and an SMTP deliverability status for those addresses.
- Sources are public web pages only — the creator's channel, their link-in-bio services, and their own website. We never collect from behind logins, never bypass anti-bot measures such as YouTube's business-email captcha, and never buy contact lists.
- Every address carries an origin label; addresses that merely appear near a creator (sponsors, press) are flagged third-party and never sold as the creator's contact.
- We do not maintain a public searchable database of creators. Results are produced per request, held briefly for export (up to 24 hours), and verification/enrichment caches expire automatically within 7–30 days.
Data about you, the user
| Account | Signing in to the MCP connector (OAuth) shares the email address you register with, handled by our authentication provider. We use it to identify your account and send transactional messages (for example, sign-in verification) — never marketing. |

We share data with these processors only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights & creator removal
Whether you are a user of the service or a creator whose published contact appears in a result, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Creators: if you want your contact information excluded from future results, email support@emailmanifest.com from the address in question (or with proof of channel ownership) and we will suppress it. We answer within 30 days; cached data expires on its own within 30 days regardless.
Depending on where you live, these rights may be backed by law (for example the GDPR or the CCPA). We honor removal requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how accounts are handled are announced to account holders by email.
