EmailManifest

EmailManifest locates the business contact emails that YouTube creators publish themselves and verifies each address against the receiving mail server. It is offered as an Apify actor and as an MCP connector at https://mcp.emailmanifest.com/mcp. Using either surface means you accept these terms.

The output is contact data for legitimate business outreach — sponsorships, partnerships, talent scouting, press. You agree to:

• Comply with the email and privacy laws that apply to your outreach (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL), including honoring opt-outs and identifying yourself truthfully.
• Not use the output for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Not resell, republish, or redistribute raw result data, and not use the service to build or seed a competing contact database.
• Not probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the service's access controls or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

• $0.30 per SMTP-verified email. Only addresses whose mailbox confirmed acceptance at lookup time are billed. Everything else — unverified, catch-all, third-party — is delivered free and labeled.
• Actor billing is metered and collected by Apify under its own terms; spend caps you set there are respected.
• Verification is a point-in-time fact. A billed address was deliverable when checked; mailboxes can be closed or reconfigured later, and that is not a billing error.
• Suspected billing errors: write to support@emailmanifest.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.

Results are compiled from public sources and provided as is. We work to keep attribution and verification honest — that is the product — but we do not warrant that a given channel yields a contact, that a delivered address belongs to the person you intend to reach, or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free. Hit-rate figures published on this site are measured benchmarks, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or the outcomes of your outreach.
